Six Months...
Today I'm at my six month anniversary of being a loser. I am so happy. I fell off track for a while, however, I'm learning as we all are. I've lost 70lbs so far.
This morning I was thinking about Feb 22 and the previous days. It's amazing how great my surgery and journey was. I haven't kept my exercise committment, but I can pick up where I've left off.
I still have chronic back pain, but I definitly think my back likes being in the 170's vs the high 240's.
I feel good emotionally and physically today.

Way to go Jen! I hope I will be able to do that well in such a short amount of time. Just to get below 200 would be a feat in and of itself!
I know about the chronic back pain. Hope you get some relief. Have you tried a massage therapist? I use one. I have injury to my back from a car wreck 11 years ago and have constant spasms that cause knotts and bruise feelings in mine and it really helps.
