Honey, I'm HOMMMMMME!!!!!!!
Hi, folks. I'm home from surgery on Wednesday. I have a lovely 8 inch scar that I am now calling my new "beauty mark". Seriously, things went remarkably well. I think even Dr. Zweng was surprised. He had told me beforehand that he would "lose sleep over my case" but that didn't happen! Woohoo! Thanks to everyone for checking on me - especially Dee and Pat and Shannon. You all are the best and everytime that phone rang I smiled. Time for a nap. HUGSSSSSSSSSS!

Hey Christie!
I am so glad you are home and safe and sound. I have had you in my thoughts and prayers and do apologize for not getting a call to you while you were in the hospital. This past week was crazy and zoomed right past me. Welcome to the losing side and I am so happy for you !!!
Hope to see you on the 10th!

Hi Christie! I'm so glad you are home but worried about your pain control(just read your post on the main messageboard)...I just had my surgery the 29th and came home from the hospital today. I developed Atelcetasis from not taking deep breaths and one of the reasons that happens is due to pain. If you need better pain control please ask for it so you can stand up straight and take deep breaths! Good luck!!

Ok, I give up...what is Atelcetasis? Does it feel like a sharp stabbing pain in your ribcage when you breath deep? Cause that's how mine feels. I thought it might just have something to do with the Gallbladder removal since it seemed to be in the same place. At any rate, CONGRATULATIONS!!! I hope things go well for you!
