Hi Gang, Had my 2 week appointment today..Lost 25 LBS!!!! Wha Hoo. I feel good and can't wait to have a soft food. Dr. Lowe said everything was going well and I was right on track. Shannon

Hey Shannon, How's your cold? Mine is driving me crazy..I've got this horrible cough I can not shake. I'm seeing the Dr. again tomorrow.... good luck with the soft food...Becareful, take small bites....
