White Choc. Mousse Recipe
I made this dessert for my family--yummy--even the non-WLS folks loved it!
2 pkg sugar free jello pudding---White choc. flavor
4 cups skim milk (to make pudding per instructions on box)
1 pkg of fat free cream cheese
1 oz sugar free white choc. syrup (DaVinci)
1 tub cool whip lite (can also use fat free or sugar free)
1 cup roasted almonds
Place Almonds in a mini food chopper until coarsely chopped
Line a small casserole dish with the chopped almonds
Make pudding per package instructions
Fold in room temp cream cheese & cool whip
Add White choc. syrup to mixture
Add mixture on top of chopped almonds
Refrigerate 2 hours
Serve w/ sliced strawberries
This dessert has 85 grms of protein for the entire recipe.
