My first getting sick episode!!

dear friends, last night was a horrible night for me. well it started out horrible. i wanted to take the kids roller skating but when we got ready to leave my 13 yr old step son was nowhere to be found.i was furious. one of my neighbors said she saw him heading towards town on his bike. he knows he is not allowed off the road we live on. i finally found him after driving downtown several times and i was not a happy camper. he wasnt either when he got home. but i think because i was so upset and stressed i ate my dinner too fast and it came up. it wasnt what i ate but how i ate it. i feel bad cause this was the first time. i have been so good for the past 4 weeks with watching what i eat and how i eat. after i felt better i took the other kids to the rollerskating rink and found out it was closed so we went to the movies. i had a wonderful stress free time last night. even though my step son says he hates me and his father, i have told him that we still love him and that wont change. not sure what to do but i think we are going to see if counceling will help him. thanks all for listening. adrienne. by the way i am 4 weeks out and 40 lbs down. i feel really good about that. adrienne

I'm sorry that you got sick. Teens or pre-teens can do that to you...I hope the counceling helps.. I think you're doing great on the weight loss...Keep it up...Have a great weekend... Sandi
