Good Morning, Rise and shineeeeeeeeee all you sleepy heads..... today looks to be a nice weather day here down on the coast of NC.... I still plan on getting out some today to enjoy the weekend. Charla Ok, it's no longer morning, but I am up. Had to call my doc during the night. My abdomen is so distended I thought I would pop and I was having a little trouble breathing. Began working myself up into a mind frenzy. And then became afraid, what if it's a huge blood clot from when I fell Wed. and I'm gonna die (or something like that) Turns out I just had too much fluid in my body. I had been on lasix for a long time and taken off abruptly at the time of surgery. After a couple doses I feel really good and will continue on this course for a few more days. Whew!!!! Good Evening to All, Hi Maureen and Sandi Hugssssssssssssss I hope you guys had a relaxing Saturday. I took two of my boys to Jacksonville and I had forgotten it was Military payday so every place we went was crowded and ughhhhh.......... I have another wow moment to share I bought a paif of 14 jeans.........I was hesitant but the woman at Fashion Bug insisted that the 16s were too big. She also had to pull me from the plus side and say to me you do not need to be shopping over here. You need to be here......... and pulled me to the OTHER side of the store. It felt really odd ....... I was in a daze I think for a few minutes walking around. I am having problems finding my size depends on how things are cut etc. But anyhow I wanted to share that............ Hugs Charla I will email you two tommorrow when I am not so tired foot is really sore and I am headed to bed.

Charla, That has to be an awesome moment when you graduate to a smaller department -- probably nothing like the feelings that come up when pushed into a larger department. I'm starting to notice slightly that my clothes are getting slightly. I'll wait to weigh-in with Dr. Cook Wednesday when he removes my staples. Right no I am having a bad time with retaining fluid and we're trying to get some of it out of my system. I had been on lasix for years and stopped it right before surgery. Then with all the incoming fluids, through IV's or the sippy cup, I began to bloat specifically in my abdomen. It's coming down but I still feel 7 months pregnant. Yesterday I felt past due. But tomorrow is a better day. Today I went to dinner with a friend and did some brain storming with decorating her place. It was soooo much fun. I love creating montages out of things someone already has in the house and recreate something new from it. Also, she hasn't lived there very long and still has cartons stashed in closets to be unpacked. She unpacked 3 cartons of tea cups -- some antique, others just beautiful. She has dozens and we planned out how to display them. Then we watched an old John Wayne movie called The Quiet Man shot in a little village in Ireland. And then I came home and am totally pooped.
