Exercise Perks for those with BCBS
For anyone who has Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance....are you keeping up with your Blue Points?
If your answer is "what the heck is a blue point?!"
Go visit http://www.bcbsnc.com and register for member services. Once you have an ID, sign in to "Manage your Blue Points".
You earn 10 Blue Points a day when you exercise for 30 minutes in that day. After 250 points are accumulated, you get to pick a "prize" from the B Level. Next 250 points, you pick from the L Level and so on and so on.
It's just a nice little perk for doing your exercises every day. I need incentive to do mine, so it helps me to know I am going to get a little "reward".
