I'm home from surgery!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know that I got home from the hospital last night. My surgery went very well and so far there have been no complications. I am so glad to be on the recovery side and to start losing the lbs! (I gained about 5-10 lbs. of fluid weight in the hospital). Of course, I am probably like others of you may have been, and keep thinking that I am the one person the surgery is not going to work for. I just plan on doing my part (drinking my protein and water and walking) and let my body do the rest. I will be on liquids until I go back to see Dr. V. on the 19th and then I can progress from there. Thank you to all of you who sent prayers my may...they were felt! God bless each of you Susan
