Look at it this way Dan....we won't gain during xmas like usual...lol If we are at same time, we can walk the halls together...lol can't see my husband staying in Bathurst for more than one night...it would be too expensive. Fingers crossed for November!!! btw I received my slimtime, so all set.
There will be fewer dishes for Christmas dinner, I suppose. And if we're in at the same time, you have a deal on the walking.
The more I think of it, being in recovery over Christmas could be a blessing. The business I work in slows down a lot in December and I might be able to recoup for a few days without my staff calling me with questions. But like I posted before, it really doesn't matter. I'm signed up and cleared for surgery so the difference of a month or two is small potatoes.
Man, I'm really going to miss potatoes...
After I read this, I called to see if they could give me some more, specific information. They told me precisely the same thing. There are "about" twenty people ahead of me. You and I could get sleeved on the same day.
So if all other things remain constant and equal, early to mid December makes pretty good sense. That's what I get for saying that I did not want to be in recovery over Christmas.
I went to my first appointment in Bathurst and found out my surgeon is going to be Dr.Semerjian. Has anyone else had him?
My first appointment went well and Im having Dr.Semerjian not Dr.Savoie. I have 3 things to change around before I meet the surgeon. 3 meals a day, no carbonated drinks and not drink during my meals. So far so good :)
I had my first appointment Thursday and my surgeon is Dr.Semerjian as well. Now Im waiting on my appointment with meeting him. Its a long journey up to Bathurst as I live on Grand Manan Island.
I asked what number I was on list this week since their list still isn't done for October...lol Ann-Marie said I was #22 and they do about 12 patients per month give or take a couple...so by my count I figue beginning of December...I'll be sleeved. Has anyone else asked?

hi, i am also scheduled for the 14th with Dr Savoie and I thought doing the 2 weeks boost/veg diet was all I had to do ... hope my liver shrunk enough ... ughhh indeed
