Felling much better! Will be even better once my stapples are out next week, can't wait! Really having a hard time getting my protein and watter in. Thank god for Premier Protein from Costco! Starting purée today, hopefully that will help. It's weird not being hungry.... EVER, but still wanting to eat yummy food just because...! Looking forward to using my treadmill once my staples are out. Had a stall in weight loss this week, but still lost, so that's ok.

I've been avoiding the markets because I didn't think there was anything there for me to eat right now, and I didn't want to be tempted. Thank you for telling me about this place!
Mine is May 12th Im going through the same stuff you are on day 2 of liquids and I have a massive head ache.... try making a smoothy with Greek yogurt you may find you really enjoy that also you may want to try going to the Northside market and seeing what the soup boy has for soup... its all pureed for you.

Hes Great and very accommodating...no sugars added or sodium.
My surgery date is Monday, May 9th :) I'm not there yet, but super close! I'm currently on the liquid diet and sipping chicken broth as we speak. I'm a little bit moody because I'm hungry, but I'm also determined to make it through. Dr. Boisvert said that one week liquid diet was mandatory, two was better, so I'm going for the two. This time next week I'll be done, and hopefully preparing to go home the next morning.
Hey Megall,
Just wondering how you made out if you have had your surgery as of yet and how you are making out?

Congrats on getting your sleeve done and I'm glad you're feeling better. I'm six months out now, and I promise you that you are in for a great ride.

4 days out and feeling much better. Gas pains going away slowly and I take 5min walks every hour or so. It helps alot! Getting used to only being able to take small sips at a time. Need to start early in the day to get all the required liquids in!

I don't handle surgery well.... And this sleeve is kicking my ass. Ouff struggling with pain, I know it's only temporary and will be worth it someday. I really hope someday is very soon!

Had surgery yesterday. I've been in so much pain since then. Having to stay an extra night at the hospital. Still no regrets but hoping to feel better soon.
