Thanks! Yes I will keep sharing. I saw the dietician also before surgery and lost a few pounds to get the ball rolling. Good luck to you! I will post pics someday...

That is so amazing! It is crazy how so many people struggle to lose weight and try everything possible and then the surgery happens and it is a new world. Keep up the great work and you will be at goal before you know it! I can only imagine how losing 79.2 lbs makes you feel. Light as air I am thinking. I can not wait to get my surgery date!
OMG! I am shocked at your weight loss!!!! That is just AMAZING!!! WOW! You are truly an inspiration! I have gone ahead and contacted the Dietitian in Fredericton in hopes that I can lose some weight before I even get my package or contacted by the office...since my referral, I have gained weight and simply want to get down to where I was when I was referred. Your starting weight is where I hope to be when this starts for me! Your progress gives me allot of hope! Thanks again for sharing....you are doing simply amazing! Keep sharing please!
Thanks!!
I was often cold before, but nowhere near what I am feeling now!

Wow!!! Way to go.
Were you always hot before having the surgery? I am and I am hoping that I will return to more normal after the surgery or even feel on the cool side.
Here is my 6 month post-op wrap-up.
Pre-surgery weight: 267lbs
Today's weight: 187.8lbs
Total lost: 79.2lbs
Goal weight: 160lbs
27.7 lbs to go!!!!
-Started working out at home with the program the physiotherapist made for me and it is going very well
-Hair loss stopped! Well it's back to my normal average hair loss I guess
-Started using PatchMD vitamins instead of regular pill format vitamin for my Multi and Vitamin D/Calcium. Had blood work done a few days prior to starting them so we will see if they work well or not. They have awesome reviews.
-Still averaging about 45oz of water per day....still trying to get to 64oz
-Still freezing!!! Will be investing in an electric blanket! Or maybe ask for one for Christmas :)
-Still not eating big portions. I eat about 2 to 2.5oz of meat or ¼ of a sandwich.
Still no regrets! So grateful for this surgery, truly is life-changing

hello, I see that you are in NB. Did you eventually get the surgery? Are you getting fills, I had my surgery in Ontario and looking for someone to do fills.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Linda
Awesome! These 2 months will fly by!

After 6 years of waiting things are happening fast. My first appointment was on August 25 and today I got the date for my all day session. December 6 is the date and it is only two months away!
