Here is my 8 month post-op wrap-up.

Pre-surgery weight: 267lbs

Today's weight: 172lbs

Total lost: 95lbs

Goal weight: 160lbs

12 lbs to go!!!!

-Still working out, but haven't been as consistent lately with the Holidays coming and working overtime at work

-I can climb stairs and not get winded, like I don't even think twice about using stairs now.... so awesome

-I can cross my legs now and I can't stop! It makes me feel normal

-I can fit at any table or booth at restaurants. I don't have to cringe and wonder if I will fit

-Was able to fit into a pair of skinny jeans at American Eagle ( I almost cried)

-Still having slow and steady weight loss about a pound or 2 a week

-Still using PatchMD vitamins

-Water consumption has gone down to about 30oz a day....need to work hard on this!!!

-Not freezing anymore, but still cold most of the time

-My portion size has stayed consistent

-I was wearing a size 24-26 pants and size 1X to 3X shirts depending on the fit. I now wear size L to XL and size 12 pants. (Even have some size 10 pants from Le Chateau). My brain is having a hard time catching up, I sometimes don't realise that I can pretty much were anything from anywhere now...

Still no regrets! So grateful for this surgery, truly is life-changing

Jan 26th .  just one week later.  I hope it stays that way lol.  No more bumping! haha

I got bumped too :( I didn't know that it was from no beds.  Praying we don't get bumped again.  I just want to get to the other side of this new life.
