Here is my 9 month post-op wrap-up.
Pre-surgery weight: 267lbs
Today's weight: 168lbs
Total lost: 99lbs
Goal weight: 160lbs
8 lbs to go!!!!
My personal goal weight:136lbs, for a normal BMI
32lbs to go!
-Not working out anymore....I really want to start again. It's easy to become lazy when you don't work out and still lose weight....extra motivation is missing for me now. I have a busy like with 2 young kids so when I do have some time to myself, working out is not at the top of my list...
-Still having slow and steady weight loss average about a pound a week. I can go 2 weeks without losing then lose 3lbs
-Still using PatchMD vitamins
-Water consumption still about 30oz a day....need to work hard on this!!!
-My portion size has stayed consistent
-I bought a bikini.....I mean.....WHAT????????? hahaha might not wear it in public, but I own one now lol
-sagging skin...yuck. The worst for me is at the top of my thighs...urgh....does not look good. My stomach and boobs aren't as bad but I will definitely have some sort of plastic surgery sometime in the future...not in any rush...
Still no regrets! So grateful for this surgery, truly is life-changing

2012 really. Well guess I won't get done this decade then. Mine was last March.
How long were you on the waitlist and when were you called to come in? How long from the call until the first consult and then the surgery?
When did you go on the waitlist and how long were you on it? i have been on it since 2012 and am getting fustrated as it doesn't seem to be moving at all?
Just wondering what the cost is for this surgery. Am I high risk because I'm almost 49? Thank you

I am the one that is trying to not tell 2 many people that I am having this surgery
My family, mom, dad, mother in law, and a couple people at work and that is it.
So Instagram and facebook, I would not be interested in.
but anytime you want to link up I would love that...
