hi everyone hope everyone is having a great summer and the weight is still coming off. It's been hard on some days with not eating some things I really enjoyed but that what I have to do to be healthy I bring some thing healthy with me in my cooler when I go trailer hoping at the campground so I have a better option to choose from instead of eating junk food all night. I started drinking crystal light and vodka for a summer night drink instead of mixing it with pop or drinking beer or coolers but I limited my self to a couple a night on the weekends. so have a great summer and let me know how everyone is doing I lost 93 pounds and is now weigh in at 295 pounds.

I had the same as you on Friday in Bathurst......was told by December this year.  We'll see, but I waited a little over a year to get this far, so another 6 months is truly nothing.  New life for us coming soon.

hi I am new at this I had a info session at the Bathurst hospital with a psychologist nurse and dietician. They told me that my next appt will be to see dr semergyn and then another appt an anesthesiologist and a half day info session. They couldn't give me a time line. Anyone have any insight as to what I am looking at?

hi soniala

I waited 11 months for my surgery I met Dr B in may of 2013 and had my surgery on april 8th of this year. it's about 5 to 6 months wait after you sign your pre op papers. So don't get discourage it's wroth the wait I'm down 86 pounds now in 11 weeks and I don't have to take my dietbetis pills anymore I have more energy and no more knee pain. so enjoy your summer and the time will fly by. your journey is just beginning it's prize at the finish that make it all worth it.
