way to go your doing great I love walking now I work doing security at parlee beach in new Brunswick so I walk all day on the beach and I have more energy then I ever had I lost a total of 105 so fare and I'm on week 17 of this journey with a long road to go.
I had DR B and I waited 11 months for my surgery after I first saw him and now after 17 weeks I'm down 105 pounds
I hear a lot about 18 months, could you explain what happens after that time. I am almost 8 months out and I notice the weight loss slowing down a bit but I also have over 130 less pounds which makes my need for caloric intake a lot less. I hope to lose most of my excess weight by the 18 month mark because I hear about it being an issue after that but I thought I'd ask what happens or what your experience has been.

Hi everyone!
How are all of you doing? I'm doing well in my weight loss journey and have been at goal for a little bit. I'm having a hard time to balance what I feel with what I see. Get ready for it. Once the 18 month honeymoon is over with your surgery, the head games begin...lol....still wouldn't change anything.
Just wanted to see if any of the old crew is still around and say hello to the new people!
If you have any questions, don't be shy :)
Have a great weekend!

Hi, I just bought a new pair of Asics sneakers tonight. I am planning to start walking with my husband, kids, dog, sisters, or just myself. I hope to work up to doing a couch to 5 K as I really feel that is how I'm going to loose the rest of the weight. I'm past my halfway mark and feeling good. I walked the other night for 45 minutes and hurt my foot in my old sneakers so I knew it was time to reward myself for my success so far and get some good sneakers. I hope that everyone is having a great summer and that the pounds continue to drop and never return for all of us! Here's to feeling strong and healthy.
For those of you still waiting, good luck and I hope your day is soon!
