YAY!!! CONGRATS!! Im so happy for you... don't worry it all falls into place and you will figure it out.. definitely do as they say and follow their diet.. especially for the first couple of months.. Sometimes after surgery there is foods that your new tummy will not agree with anymore but that all comes with figuring it all out.. Good luck and cant wait to hear more.. 
I'm hanging in....really anxious to get a surgery date. Seems like its been forever and my life is on hold waiting......guess everyone feels like that.
Hi Cindy nice to hear from you! We are good...we have both been cleared to sign our consent papers by the psychologist and like you are just waiting. Hopefully it will be in the next month and then the next step is the surgery!! Aside from the waiting how have you been?

Hi, I see you are in the Fredericton area. I am having my surgery (gastric bypass) on September 02 I live in Fredericton as well. Unfortunately, I will not be having my surgery in NB, the list is way too long, so I have opt to go to Montreal. I would like to make contact with other wls patients, in this area.

How weird...the first day they called I got all anxious and then reality came back with the long journey and all I went through...and knowing you guys are all out there for me...plus my at home support group...and I feel really calm now. May be nervous that day...but for now am on top of the world! Ready for this change...bring it on!!
