I went to see the Anesthesiologist last month and I now have my date for surgery Nov 26 with DR.Semerjian.  Seems like it took forever but as soon and they call you the 1st time if goes by really fast because you have appointments every month and than bang you are there.  I start the boost next Wednesday Nov 13. 

PS I did call admission to know appox when and if it was possible before year end and they already had me booked but they didn't call. so I take it they wait until 2 weeks prior so you can start your boost so you don't know weeks and weeks or months in advance 

What was your favorite healthy snack when you were preop?  I am getting tired of apples with peanut butter.

Soniala37 what time is your appointment on the 13th? I'm going that day as well at 9:45 am I will be hitting the highway at 4am to make the appointment for 9:45! Hope the snow is gone by then, I had my pre-op testing this morning in Saint John and I was a little weird ed out. When I had my blood drawn they put an arm band on and told me not to take it off until the surgery? She said because it is the number they will need to correspond with the blood that was drawn today Weird right. Does that mean on the 13th when we meet with the anesthesiologist that we will start the boost for two weeks and then have the surgery???

It is too bad we will miss each other at the clinic.  How did you go about arranging your testing so quickly?  I would be soooo happy if I could get mine over with before the end of the month!
