Four months post-op

Wow! I can't believe I had my surgery four months ago. Time sure flies.

Review:

Highest weight - 245.5

First appointment at the clinic - 230

Surgery date March 9/17 - 220

4 months post-op - 178.8

Only 33.8 lbs left to go to reach my goal of 145 lbs.

Hair loss started about 3 weeks ago. Still able to hide it, so that is a good thing. I have no regrets. Hair will grow back, but the pounds will stay away for ever!

I feel like a new person and it has just been four months. I can only imagine how wonderful it will be at my one year anniversary.
