After 6 years of waiting things are happening fast. My first appointment was on August 25 and today I got the date for my all day session. December 6 is the date and it is only two months away!
Just wondering what time is the appt with the anesthesiologist? Is it quite early? I have to travel 3 hrs to Bathurst. I know the group session is in the afternoon, and I was told the anesthesiologist was going to be early.
I was about 3 1/2 months from the date of my first visit to when my all day session is. It went really fast and for that I am very happy. It is so exciting to see other people going through the same thing!
Got my call today for my all day session! December 19th. Just have to wait for my pre op tests, how were they? I need blood work, ECG, and a lung function test.
That was really quick. I have not been given any information about pre op tests yet. Not sure if I will get that info at the all day session. It seems like each doctor has a different way of doing things and the wait times are so different.
