Scared not to lose weight!!

I think it's safe to say that you will lose weight, but I guess the devil is in the details.
It's certainly a worry for everyone here to some degree, and it worries me if I don't put it into context.
I have read a lot on this (as have we all, I suspect) and I have seen widely conflicting stories on how much appetite to expect, how much loose skin to worry about, how much and what you need to eat and people who lost no weight and people who were losing too much weight.
Here's what I know for certain;
- I will be physically incapable of eating as much.
- It would be exceptionally difficult for me to take in as many calories unless I decide to drink corn syrup straight from the bottle.
- I know that I must exercise, and that if I do so, I will lose more weight.
So while there are a million internet things that would make me worry, the thing I always hang my hat on is that for the vast majority of people, this makes you lose a lot of weight. As such, the chances are really in my favor.
I feel very good about my prospects when I look at it that way.

I just had "breakfast ".
It's going to be an interesting couple of weeks.

I went with Boost. I travel a lot and did not see me doing any mixes if I was on the road for work.
It was bearable on Day 1, not sure how it's going to look by the 17th.
I'm getting a fairly persistent headache - I hope that doesn't last.
