I have been waiting for over 2 years now. havnt even met him yet. I have a few health issues that just seem to be getting worst so that is why I am wondering

from what I understand is that only if it is life threatening.....I know there was one girl in my group who lost 2 family members to diabetes and it was extreme. She was rushed through in like a few months.
