Post Op Food Journal

Just wondering if any one post op keeps a food journal?  What do you track?  Protein?  Calories?  Carbs?  Fluids?  Quantity of foods dished up versus actually eaten?  I've been thinking of starting one but not sure what I should include.  I would like to keep it simple but can easily see myself needing some sort of a spreadsheet.

I downloaded the MyFitnessPal app on my phone and track everything I eat on it...I track mostly my protein intake...dunno if I should track calories, carbs, etc.

i agree with sonia above. myfitness pal is great as you can set it to keep track of the things you want to record and you can actually print it out if you should ever need to.  you just have to enter in all things that you eat. it also had a spot to enter in any exercise you do as well.
