Anyone get a call this week?

Did Sandra call you or OR Booking?

Or booking will call. If you have not yet seen the anesthesiologist I don't know if they send your chart up to OR booking until after that are you DR semerjian  or dr savoie?

That is sooo exciting that you have a date set! Will you find it hard to concentrate on Christmas knowing your going so soon in the new year?

I know I will! It was my biggest fear:( it's going to be hard but I will stick to it! I will need a lot of support. I wouldn't change it now I have waited this long. I am going to have to keep a blind fold on so that turkey don't start shouting my name:p 2 weeks of boost is the hardest for me to think about but it's a comjng

This is what Monique told me. She said they are shutting down for 2 weeks at Christmas and she said they usually tell patients that it will likely be 6-8 months before I have my surgery!  So....  Lol. Guess it'll be awhile for me! 

I figure if I don't hear anything this week it will be after Christmas.  I am half tempted to call preop but don't wasn't to make a pest of myself.

Oh I hope you get your call!!  Personally I would go in anytime in december!  Let us know when you get it!!!

Hey there.  I got a call last week with a surgery date mid January in Moncton.  Getting exciting now that its so close.  For anyone who has had the sleeve procedure, Is the post op discomfort bad or long lasting   Cant wait to get it behind me

I have Dr.B in Moncton...I signed off for surgery in sept and have been waiting for the booking call ever since.  I was told initially it was about a 6 month wait...but I call George Dumont hospital OR booking last month and they told me there was probably another 6 month wait...so I am looking at possibly April.  The waiting is killing me...but at least it is the last bit of waiting.  Cant wait to have it over with!
