Things are finally moving....

at the info session they say we can have 2 cups (Measured raw) of certain veggies that was on their list so it is 2 cup for the whole day or can you have 2 cups for lunch and diner? 

2 cups per day.

Soniala37 what time is your appointment on the 13th? I'm going that day as well at 9:45 am I will be hitting the highway at 4am to make the appointment for 9:45! Hope the snow is gone by then, I had my pre-op testing this morning in Saint John and I was a little weird ed out. When I had my blood drawn they put an arm band on and told me not to take it off until the surgery? She said because it is the number they will need to correspond with the blood that was drawn today Weird right. Does that mean on the 13th when we meet with the anesthesiologist that we will start the boost for two weeks and then have the surgery???

I am meeting with him at 8:45am...early morning for sure....I went for my preop tests this morning as well...I had my blood drawn but wasn't given an arm band to keep on..that is weird...I wonder how quick it will go once the meeting with the anesthesiologist is over with...

Everyone seems to have dr savoie, I have dr semerjian who is in the same office. I have seen him, had my clinic, had my test. My final step is the anesthesiologist.  Do you guys know what day dr savoie does his surgeries? Dr semerjian is Wednesdays 

I went to see the Anesthesiologist last month and I now have my date for surgery Nov 26 with DR.Semerjian.  Seems like it took forever but as soon and they call you the 1st time if goes by really fast because you have appointments every month and than bang you are there.  I start the boost next Wednesday Nov 13. 

PS I did call admission to know appox when and if it was possible before year end and they already had me booked but they didn't call. so I take it they wait until 2 weeks prior so you can start your boost so you don't know weeks and weeks or months in advance

yes I went last month and then yesterday I called just to see where things were because of work and life I wanted to know appox when it would be and that is how I got my date.  I was told probably in the new year by the Dr but they so that in case something happened not to disappoint us I imagine.  you turn will be here soon I'm sure

This is really exiting....cant wait to get my call!!

it's so exciting especially after waiting for so long. It will be strange during the Holidays to eat puree food but I am so happy and it will be worth it.  I just want it done before all the snow because I live towards Shediac area so it 's a long drive to go back and forth to Bathurst.  I got all of my boost yesterday. Shopper's have it on sale for 6.99$
