started my shakes today

How are you doing on the shakes after four days?  Do you ever get used to it?  And how's the hunger going?

day 6 I'm doing not bad I have my good days and bad the weekend the worst went to our friends house and everybody were drinking and eating what they wanted mostly junk but they support me but they have to live too. I'm not hungry and the shakes are feeling I feel more sick to my stomach then anything else but I'm almost half way done now and can't wait to be done looking forward to eating reel food in 3 weeks even if it is pureed.

The nausea is probably from ketosis. It's supposed to cause nausea and headaches. Two things I don't do well with!

ya nausea I can deal with but the headaches are not good and dealing with the food withdraws is getting better it can only get better I hope.

It gets better bigchris, your body will adjust  & you will soon no go through food withdrawals :) try adding flavoring or coffee, also blender with ice & your shakes, I found the colder the better. Good luck

Nausea and headaches are a sign of the ketosis. I am dreading that because those are two things I don't deal well with.  I wonder how most people have faired with that??
