So I'm trying to follow the 600- 800 calories, 80 grams of protein and under 40 carbs per day plan that a lot of people on the VSG forum follow and so far things are going all right.
Made this for supper tonight, low carb and verry yummy.

I've actually tried a few low carb recipes this week including turnip fries with spicy dip =yumm,
and Faux-tatoes (cauliflower) = double yumm and good enough to be in a resturant

UPDATE I tried a cauliflower crust pizza this week, it was more work but I liked it even better than the crust made with cream cheese .
