Pain

For the past couple of days I have a pain where my stomach is. It feels like the "famous" stitch that let go last June. For the past few days, I feel like I am only a month out from surgery rather than 9 months.

Any ideas wise ones?

Oh god! I am one month out and am so glad it's gone, you mean to tell me it might come back! Lol! That's crazy I can't imagine it being anything, must be a pulled muscle. 

I wonder if its your galbladder? Definitly get that checked out.. I have not heard of anyone on here with that problem.. Let us know how your making out..but dont let it go too long..

Gall bladder went 16 years ago.

with the amount of research i have done over the years and my experience here, i have had a lot of experience with the gall bladder. you should mention it to your Dr. for sure.  if it is truly your gallbladder it will only get worse over time, trust me.  some attacks are worse than others, some are minutes and some will last hours.  once you have the bad ones, you will never forget them, even when you dont have it anymore, you still remember it.  ouch!

p.s. it is indeed a "side affect" from our surgery as it is an organ that is not used as much to break down bile once we have 85% of our stomachs removed.

Gall bladder is gone. I see Dr. S next month but will be seeing my GP next week. It is just very uncomfortable. I think I can only tolerate soft foods right now.

How are you feeling now? Are you still having pain?

It seems to be subsiding. Not as uncomfortable as the other day but I also moved to softer foods for a couple of days to see if that would ease it up a bit.

Jeez thats not good.. I hope you find out what is causing this..
