Now to wait...
I know how you feel the waiting is the hardest you think everything would get done fast but it's still slow going but we are alot closer to our goal then we were 5 years ago. Iwas told in june it would be done by christmas then in november i was told it would be done in 6 months that would make it a year since i went to meet Dr B so i'm going to think good thoughts and keep on waiting
Hi Jen, sorry for hijacking your post but I saw rykat's question and even though it was not directed to me I thought I would mention that when I had to see the psychiatrist I was honest about emotional eating and night eating and the bad habits I had developed. I also I talked about the stong support system that I had at home with my husband, with my family (including you jen :) my friends and at work. I talked about making the changes that they suggested and how I was and would continue to incorporate them into my new lifestyle and I talked about feeling like I could use the clinic's team for any questions or struggles that I might face when moving forward. It may have helped that I have a degree in psychology and a degree in social work so I kind of knew what they might have been looking for. I know everyone is different but maybe some of this might help someone going through that stage. Jillian.
