Now to wait...

So I am happy to report that I have had my consultation with Dr. B and it looks like I will be moving forward towards surgery!  Of course now it will be the waiting game to see how long before the next call comes to go for the all day info session...I am so excited to get the process going...but oh how I hate waiting!  I think the worst part will be not knowing when the call will come...for me if I had a date I could put in the calendar and mark off the days that would be so much better !!

Your on your way now... thats so exciting!

I had my first appt last April. It seems that it takes forever for this journey. I had my all day session in August and got in to the psychologist in November.  It's hard because ever appt you get so excited only to have another long wait.  It's better to think it will take a long time and not get too excited. I think when the first appt to the surgery it will probably be a year and a half.  :(

Yeah sissy, so glad we are going to be on this journey together.

I had my first consult in November and am waiting to get a scope done.  I called to see when the appointment was going to happen and was told the doctor never passed the info on...so they are looking for the request now to set it up.  Just glad the journey is started and looking forward to the day it happens...trying not to obsess too much about the wait....kind of hard not to though.

At the end of the day at least I know that the process has started and for that I am as excited as I have ever been! 

Yeah it is very exciting. I hope I didn't pull some of that joy away!  I had a really frustrating day and was a bit of a party pooper.  Please don't listen. I get excited every time, but this ride can be a bit of a roller coaster ride!  I hope your ride has more highs than lows!

No problem I know that everyone has their own journey to go through.  Some might take longer than others but in the end we are all going to be better off no matter how long the wait 

That's a great attitude to have Jen.. and Rycat we all go through that.. It just happens to be you right now going through it.. try and keep your head up.. :)
