I had surgery on a Thursday and they wanted me to stay until Monday because of some dehydration issues but I went home on Sunday with a promise to drink gatorade.

I will definitely be in to see you Marcie and I will let everyone know how you are doing... Im so so excited for you.. I start my boost on Monday and I cant wait... Tuesday will be different Im sure...lol And look at you go jjwbuster!! 99 flippin pounds holy crap... thats crazy.. I guess the holidays didnt hurt you after all!! Congrats, thats amazing!!! eeeek Im so excited!!

Yes it is pretty strange that I lost however it still puts my mind on high alert. I did not make good choices or planning for the holidays and that in itself can be a problem. My food addiction wants to keep saying..."you can eat whatever you want and still lose weight". Very dangerous ground that I am walking on with that type of thinking.

I totally get that... that will be the biggest obsticle in this journey.. We can do it though!! I started my boost today.. I have all chocolate..its not to bad as long as I dont smell it..lol Im sure by tomorrow I will hate it!! lol Im so thankful to you and anxiousgirl.. well everyone on here,, we need each other!

Freeze your boost in a cup with a popsicle stick. Tastes just like a fudgesicle. I only learned that the day before my surgery. Wish I knew about that at the start of boost.
