Stupid question but can I chew gum on my 14 day boost?

I was told to give up gum when I signed my papers. Apparently it incorporates too much air into your tummy and to get used to not having it.

Hey Anxiousgirl... how are u making out with the boost? I thought of u over Christmas and was wondering how it was for u.. I cant wait to hear how well u are doing!!!

i was never able to chew gum once i had my surgery. i dont know if it's all in my head or not but it was always painful from all the gas (air) it creates.

i wanted to have a piece once to freshen my breath so i just sucked off the shell lol

i agree above though, once i signed my papers for surgery, he told me to stop drinking all pop and chewing gum. i dont miss it all (well for the most part lol)
