First Appointment with Dr. Savoie

well i have every thing done now i only have to wait for pre op test when they call but i got very disappointed when he told me it probley be done only in 6 more months do to his limited time he has for surgery i wish they would not have told me june when i had my all day course that it would be before christmas i hat the wait so it might be may when i get my call

I was there on Friday afternoon too for my follow up.  We may have been in the waiting room at the same time. Congratulations on signing your paperwork.

Oh my - I saw someone posted they had been waiting 4 yrs?! That's really a long time. I waited 3 yrs to come in as an out of province patient - surgery in 2008 - and that was awful long. But - it did give me a really long time to decide that it was the right decision - and as time went on - my health situation and also the health of a sibling made me more sure also. Maybe if the docs are kept current on your health and co-morbidities - would that help? Just wondering. Hang in there waiters.
