Holy Crap Batman!
Ive been doing well... I must say 6 months later and I'm still learning!!! I made it into onederland finally... Numbers I hadn't seen since my teens.... I don't ache for no reason now.... I have energy and enjoy doing things... I went skating with my kids last weekend, something that would have left me sore for weeks in the past, and I didn't even feel like I had went!!!
i received a picture that was taken at work about a month before surgery!!! Oh my word! I think it's the only one floating around and if I knew how to post them I would so you could see the difference.... Only real complaint is that I have lost over half of my hair and it's still falling out... I am trying some new vitamins that are supposed to help with that so we will see.... Other then that I feel great... My portions are still very small and I throw up often but usually because I didn't respect my bodies signals or I drink too soon after eating,,,,
i will ill try to post the pics....
You are doing great! I hear you about the hair...I have lost a lot and no body...just straw like. When I was at Dr. Savoie's a couple of weeks ago I was told that the drastic weight loss is a shock to the system and that it will grow back. My hair has always been fine but naturally curly so always looked very full. Not now. I even changed my hair color to light brown/blond so that the bald patches don't show as much. Can't wait to get back to being a redhead.
I am lucky that I haven't had any vomiting but there were 2 times that I wish I did. Like you I am still learning.
