So last friday, for the first time in my life, i went out and did a bit of running. I did a learn to run program and walked/ran 3.6 km. I was so proud of myself cause it was really scary to try. Then on Sunday, went out and did a kids fun run 2km run with my daughter. We ran most of the way. She was so excited that i could run with her this year. I am amazed at myself.
