having a better day, maybe its me, not the band

  • well today i am feeling much better. ate well with no problems because i was more aware of how , what, and the amount i ate. had company for supper and had cooked a roast beef dinner. i only put a small amount of beef, ( I was scared i would choke) and took tiny bites,  had a couple tablespoons of  mashed potatoes with gravy and a tablespoon of spinach. it all went down well. no problem. i did have a cup of tea after.all in all probably a little less than a cup of food. i am really going to try to be more aware of my eating habits, i certainly have been eating more than a cup of food previously and was suffering for it and feeling hungry within the hour. today i wasnt hungry at all. go figure.

Not sure how far along you are, I'm about 15 months out, and still measure most of my food, and keep track on a daily basis what i eat in My Fitness Pal, that helps me a lot in knowing what i eat in a day, if you don't keep track, it's easy to get off track, or have no idea how much you really eat, at least by keeping track, it helps you pin point what needs little changes
