April 2009 consults

Has anyone from April 2009 gotten a call yet for first consult? It seems that they blew through March 2009 and then stopped..

I am not sure but by what I have observed on this forum is that a group will be called for consult, then they have the information session, then that group has surgery. I think that they get through some of those surgeries first before starting on another group as the doctors only get so much operating room bookings per week.

Thanks honey...I think your right... Sometimes I get sick to my stomach from getting so anxious.. I pray everyday for my call..

I agree with JJWBUSTER, I know when I would call last year, they said I one time they were not doing any new consults and clearing up the surgery list.

Seems once you have your consult it's like a 3 month wait for surgery which is super!

Well hopefully I wont be too much longer after the two of you.. All the best in your surgery's.. You both must be soooo pumped!!

I am right behind you Lesley42.  I called approximately 1-1/2 weeks ago and she said they still had some from March? and still working on April. I am in the 1st week of May she said. Your time is coming very, very soon. Once you post you got your call then I know I am right behind you. With summer coming I am estimate an appointment with the doctor in Bathurst some time in  September maybe?? 

Oooo you will definitly know when I get my call!!! hahaha my referral was sent in May 6th so Im praying its going to be really soon!!
