Main Board so negative for having lapband

I often go to the main board to get info and support for us people with the lapband. Lately it has become so negative that i would describe it as toxic  .we need encouragement not negativity. How do we get back to being supportive? 

It certainly appears that the band has fallen out of favour.  I am sorry i got my band but I have it and I have to make the best of it. There are certainly many people who have been very successful with the band, but it is always the failures who scream the loudest.

I agree with you. I too wish I had different surgery but like you I am stuck with the lapband. I need encouragement or to hear about the successful ones. I go in for another fill end of this month. My worry is I will get too tight. Still find it uncomfortable to eat meat but seem to be hungry more often than not.
