surgery done and home now

well had surgery on the 9th had to stay extra day at hospital because of nausea but I am home now

rest walk sip rest walk sip  is my routine

so far not too much pain just normal discomfort after surgery

yes I am glad to be home healing no pain to complain about a little gassy but nothing serious Now if I could get back to a sleep pattern that is normal that would be great

how are you doing cindy its been approx a month now tell me some good details are you at real food yet hows the process working for you so far
