Red meat- steak actually- is the one thing I can eat when I am too tight to eat anything else. Pork is another matter- it tends to be stringy and I have to be sure careful to cut thin slices across the grain.

I can only eat beef if it has a sauce or gravy on it. For steak I open a can of mushroom soup over it
and let the juices make a nice brown sauce. Yummy

i make a sauce by pouring a can of mushroom soup over steak, or porkchops and stir it up till it is a nice brown gravy. I can only eat meat or chicken with a sauce.
