Added Pictures

Hi All, 

My 1 year post-op was Feb-14-2013.

I know what helped me in the past, prior to surgery is seeing all the transformation pictures. 

I've decided to add a few pictures from my journey so far. Please feel free to view them if you need a little encouragement.

However i believe my profile is setup so only my friends can see my profile and pictures.

Wow, what a difference! You're right, those of us in the early stages appreciate seeing before and after's. keep up the great work!

Yes i do feel awesome, however not done yet.

It's very hard to loose right now. Cravings are here, and eat more than I used to. I still try to exercise at least 3-5 times a week, however the scales hasn't moved much in a little while.

The dietician at my info session spoke about the plateau after about a year. She was saying that those with a VSG loose most of their weight within the first 3-6 months and lap banders loose most of theirs at the 6-12 month range.

It's definitely getting harder and harder to loose!!
