I have my info session on March 26th and when I was in Bathurst I forgot to ask what the next steps are before surgery. Can anyone fill me in (specifically Bathurst) as to what I should expect after the info session.

Another question: How long were you in the hospital after your surgery?

After my consult it was couple months to the info session. After that it was 2 months or less and i got my date. Once u have the consult even though it will be a few months...it goes so fast. I was in the hospital four nights. It was over a long weekend and i was having hydration issues and output issues so he kept me the extra day. It was very quiet and i just walked and read and tried to sip. You must be getting so excited. Seems like just yesterday i was feeling that way too

HW (last known weigh in)=452.5

Wow Sunnie 41! Just looking at your #'s and you are doing amazing! Have you kept track of what your weight loss was each week? Or your what your diet consists of each day? You are doing amazing, You must feel great!

i did keep track weekly of my loss. at about month 6 i started only doing it once a month. i am slowing down to bout 8-10 pds loss a month and was getting too obsessed with weighing in.  my goal is 199 so i am approx 39.5 from goal (give or take a pd or two cause it changes from day to day)

i try not to worry bout it too much. i eat what i want, just very small portions obviously lol.

i was sticking to mostly protein at the first and the dietician was getting a little miffed, said to follow canadas food guide as this is not a diet anymore, its our lives, for the rest of our life and we have to eat normally. or try to anyway
