Clothes to give away..size 28 ...PEI
Hi everyone...just putting a post out there seeing if anyone knows anyone over here on PEI that could use a few pairs of black dress pants that are almost NEW...size 28 Penningtons...worn just 1-2 times pre-surgery...and now they are way too big...not alot of options over here as to where to give them...so I thought I would first offer them up to someone and then drop off to V Village if I have no takers.....I also have some blouses and 6-7 pairs of capri summer pants...all in excellent condition..2 still have tags on them and yet they are too big..Ooops...Let me know if anyone knows anyone...I can meet them here in Charlottetown....
Thanks
Yeah...it is nice to get rid of some of the stuff and just clean out the closet...One of the girls over here that is still waiting for surgery is going to take some of it and the rest I will have to drop off to the Salvation Army store. We don't seem to have anywhere else to drop clothes off to...I wish we had a "Dress for Success" program...but no..
You are really doing well on your weight!!!! I have been stalled since about the first of Oct, but seem to be moving again just this week. AND, I have now started to feel hungry again...I knew it was too good to be true, but it sure was nice while it lasted....still I should be exercising....that is my downfall...got a treadmill in my living room and it just sits there....have a Wii too, but after working and running 4 kids around all over town...I do not want to walk on a treadmill...Bad me I know....
Thank you.
I have a couple stalls, one that lasted about 3 weeks. And I had about a 3 week period where it seemed my restriction was gone, i could eat way more, and nothing seemed to fill me up. I'm glad that didn't last too long and i seem to be back on track.
I was exercising, but for the past 2 months, i have really slacked and need to push myself in starting again! I have an ellipical and a stationary bike, and a wii so there is no excuse!
I never in a million years thought that i would loose over 130 in less than a year, my weigh loss journey actually started on Jan 10, 2012 lost 22 lbs before surgery.
So i'm curious to see the amount at my 1 year!
This has been an amazing journey so far!
SO great to hear from you...I too lost weight before the surgery as I wanted to be on the journey and ready from day1...so I lost 30 lbs pre-surgery...so if I go back to Feb...then I am down 100lbs...so YEAH I am happy...but the last month has been hard..nothing lost and I can eat A LOT more than I could have in Oct...and that is scary.....BUT...onward we go
Please keep posting to give us all the success stories we all dream of...
Thanks
