My visit to the clinic today was to make sure I have lost weight on my pre-op diet. I have been on it 7 days and I have lost 14.8 pounds. I feel good and my triple/double chin has receded. I thought my boobs would be the first to go... nope... happy it was one of chins. I also reached a personal goal to be able to buy and use the Wii Fit Plus (weight limit 330 lbs, and I am at 328 lbs as of today.) Next goal is 300 pounds and I am buying myself a set of owls (I collect them) that I have had my eyes on for a while. No worries... they are just a decoration and not live ;oP

GREAT JOB!!! Those shakes are not bad as far as taste goes...and actually really filled me up too...by the end of the 2 weeks it was getting easy...and great lose too.....

Good luck and keep us all posted.....I can see whose Owls in your future very soon...
