Optifast = yuk

Any ideas on drinking Optifast?  I have choose Chocolate as I was told the vanilla was even worse.  It is hard to get in, it is gross!  I am only allowed water with it, I heard can mix decaf coffee, not sure if ok, have used ice, learning the colder it is, the more tolerable it is.

I didn't find that adding ice helped at all, but I would stick it in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes until ice started to form in the shake. I found that it was fine like that. BUT I really didn't mind it that much.  The second time I had to do the fast, I used Slimfast- better & cheaper. AND I lost about the same amount of weight.
