so excited

I know it may not seem like a big deal but today for the first time in 15 years I weighed in less than 240 pounds the scale said 239.4 . I feel  so excited my husband told me I was starting to worry him becuase I have been so happy and content with my life. LOL. I have had my ups and downs with my weight loss  and I am not sure I ever really believed I would be successful.  It has taken me it feels like a lifetime but  I actually think I will reach my first goeal of 100 pounds off  before my daughters 19 birthday in april which will eassentially mark how long I have been fat I went form 160 pounds to 275 pounds while preggers after she was born I got down to 204 pounds in August 1993 and have never been close since.

Congratulations!  It feels so great when you can get down to a weight that you never thought attainable in eons.  Keep being positive and the results will follow.
