protein shake
Just wanted to let you know I tired a great protein shake from costco today. Only 160 calories and 30 grams of protein in a serving. A friend at work had one gave me some and I stopped on my way home and picked up a case. They are the ones already mixed like boost 18 to a pack for about 25 dollars she told me they often go on slae for 5 dollars off. The only flavour they had was chocolate it tastes almost like chocolate milk. I have a hard time getting all my protein in and my hair has been falling out a bit . I also have a hard time with breakfast during the week so I figure this will help with both these things.
I will check the name for you tomorrow I got them in Fredericton but the person who introduced them to me got her first package in Moncton. It was the only kind they carry I had hoped they would have strawberry but the chocolate is good. Since I started losing weigth again in Sept I have found my hair thinning and I was not getting my protein. I had one for breakfast today and had to make myself eat lunch. I was not hungry at all. I also got a good protein powder at GNC that has 31 g of protein in one scoop when I am not on the run I mix it with frozen mango and 1/2 cup of juice to make a smoothie it tastes like a creamsicle
