can you give me the rules again

Hi Everyone
I have misplaced my book and jsut read my last news letter it seems that I do not have the rules for lap band correct can someone share them with me. Protein grams a day I thought 60 ? snack  1/2 cup serving ? Meals 1 cup?  and I always seem to reverse my liquids is it 30 mins before an hour after or the other way around and I also thought I was limited to 32 ounces of water a day but the news letter says to drink at least 64 ounces.

I have to admit I have gotten sloppy and have been eating to many high refined foods I find they go down so much easier but I am trying to limit intake.

Also what did you all think about the emotional eating article in the news letter? I am such an emotional eater I have defiantely thought I wanted /needed a certain food ate it only to still feel "unfull"  I am not sure how to break it I do not think I have any deep dark secrets  suggestions??

What newsletter are you referring to, I did'nt know there is one.

Snacks- 100 calorie
meals 1 to 1.5 cups.
water- 3 X 500 ml per day
meals- 20 minutes minimum to 30 minutes max
60 gm protein
no liquid 30 minutes before or an hour after meals
no soda
