Saw Dr. B yesterday for small fill and had confirmed that NB medicare is not going to discontinue covering bariatric surgery. That is great news.

Definitely great news! I was discouraged after my last visit to the board which is when I first read about the possibility that the province would stop covering the procedure. I have been on the list for about 1 1/2 years now so I figure I must be about 1/2 way through my wait.

That is just wonderful news. I am relived that all my waiter friends will get their turn eventually. Besides I am still hoping Dr B will do a revision for me.
