Time to get back on the BAND wagon

I have an appointment for July 28.  I need to get back on track so I will try to take off a few pounds between now and the 28th.  Not much chance that I will get back to where I was on my last appointment but closer than I am now would be a good thing.  Sorry Kitty-Mom I won't be going this coming Thurs. - I really thought it would be sooner than July 28th though - guess they must be very busy.

I remembered after we were e-mailing back & forth that when Natalie called me, she said if I didn't take May 26, it would be late July before I got in.

Darn, I was hoping we were booked for the same day, but my next appointment is July 21st.  For some reason, Natalie didn't have your appointment in her book, but I did ask to have mine the same day.
