Ready to drink protein drinks there in NB?

Hey friends,

We are vacationing up there in July, flying in to Saint John's, and then heading up to Lameque Island for a wedding, then tooling around PEI and whatnot.

I have a sleeve, but for whatever reason, just eating dense meat I dont hold on to that protein, so I need to supplement with at least 3 shakes a day.  It wouldnt be that big an issue if we werent camping most of the time, so I wondered if yall might could help a sista out and let me know if/where yall get ready to drink protein drinks up in yall's neck of the woods?

I *can* go a week without and have before, but I start losing hair *yaay* and feeling a bit cruddy around the edges and would rather not HAVE to go without if I didnt have to. 

I will definitely tote a tub around if I have to, but if yall could point me towards where I might could pick up some ready to drink protein drinks, I would be forever thankful!

Ya'll can purchase protein drinks at any Superstore, Sobeys or drug store here in NB.

I may be biased but this is God's country. Just a minor correction. You will be flying into Saint John, New Brunswick. St. John's is in Newfoundland-the locals are a tad touchy about that very common mistake.  I hope you have a great visit.

BTW I forgot to mention that the drink with the most protein is Diabetic Boost- 16 grams per.

Hey friend and welcome almost:) to NB!! I just wanted to let you know if you are a Cosco member, I purchase my pure protein shakes(awsome stats 30g protein, 1.5 fat, 3 carbs, 140 or 160 cal) from the Cosco in Moncton. They are $29/18pk. The Cosco is exit 454 of the #2 main trans canada highway, it is off of Mapleton rd I believe. Anyway best of luck on your vacation and on getting in your protein!! Trish

I might have to become one so I can get some packs of those, especially since I usually need about 70g of protein a day *at least* from drinkable sources.
